Speaker Paul Ryan finally admitted that Russia hacked the presidential election after avoiding the subject for 18 months.
The Russians hacked into Florida’s election system too.
The Russians and the Chinese listened in on Trump’s phone conversations. It was easy because he wouldn’t stop using his personal cell phone when conducting presidential business. Trump denied it in a tweet: The New York Times has a new Fake Story that now the Russians and Chinese (glad they finally added China) are listening to all of my calls on cellphones. Except that I rarely use a cellphone, & when I do it’s government authorized. I like Hard Lines. Just more made up Fake News!” So now what? Is he claiming to be the first to tweet from a landline?
Other countries besides Russia may have offered Trump’s campaign favors. It sure looked like Trump made deals with Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates and in August of 2016, Erik Prince put a meeting together with Junior, George Nader, and an Israeli specialist in “social media manipulation” to talk about a multi-million dollar plan to get Trump elected.
The White House scrubbed transcripts and video, and destroyed records and official documents. When Putin was asked if he helped Trump win, the White House took out the part where Putin said, “Yes, I did. Yes I did.”
When heads of state meet with other heads of state, there are always interpreters and their notes are always archived. Not Trump. He would grab notes away from interpreters after meetings with Putin. There is no written record, even in classified files, of Trump’s meetings with Putin at 5 locations in the first 2 years of his presidency.
House Democrats attempted to subpoena the interpreter who was at the Trump-Putin summit in Helsinki but they were blocked by the Republicans.
Trump pulled out of the war in Syria in a tweet without conferring with Senator Bob Corker, Chair of the Foreign Relations Committee, the Congress or the Pentagon. He said Putin wasn’t happy about it but Putin was happy about it.
Trump put troops in danger by making reckless, impulsive decisions on his own. He insulted troops and publicly undermined their superiors. He handed the Kurds over to Iran, Turkey and the Russians after they helped the US fight ISIS for many years which brought about a resurgence of a hostile foreign power that the West had spent decades fighting to weaken.
Putin put bounties on US troops in Afghanistan and Trump didn’t do a damn thing about it.
Putin attacked Ukraine at the end of November 2018. Trump attacked the EU and NATO right after that — on Twitter.
Kevin McCarthy urged House Democrats not to investigate Trump — “I think America is too great of a nation to have such a small agenda. I think there are other problems out there that we should be focused on… we’ve investigated this for a long time.”

One of the many players who greased foreign palms on behalf of the Trump campaign was Lindsey Graham’s 2016 campaign manager, Christian Ferry. He helped put a deal together with Paul Manafort, Konstantin Kilimnik and Russian oligarch, Oleg Deripaska.
Trump lifted sanctions on 3 Russian businesses involved with Oleg Deripaska and 42 Republican senators backed him up. Among them were Richard Burr, Lindsey Graham, and Rob Portman, all senators who once prided themselves on being Russian hawks.
