Back In The USSR Timeline Part 17 — Three Amigos
White House Chief of Staff, Mick Mulvaney organized a White House meeting with Secretary of Energy Rick Perry (former Republican governor of Texas and presidential candidate 2016), Gordon Sondland (the millionaire who donated $1 million to Trump’s inauguration and was rewarded with an ambassadorship position to the EU,) and Kurt Volker (the guy named in the whistle blower complaint who later testified for 9 ½ hours and admitted that he helped Rudy “negotiate” with Ukraine on behalf of Trump’s campaign to get “help” from them in exchange for “help” from the US military) to put them in charge of Trump’s shadow government. They called themselves the Three Amigos. They met a few days after Rudy fired Ambassador Yovanovitch after Trump tried to get other people to do it and they refused. The Three Amigos carried out Trump’s plan to kill Joe Biden’s campaign by accusing his son, Hunter of using his father’s name to make money off of foreign interests, and accusing Ukraine of helping Hillary’s campaign in 2016.
Mick Mulvaney admitted to the press that the White House was involved in a quid pro quo and yelled at them for asking questions about Ukraine. “There’s going to be political influence in foreign policy. We do it all the time. Get over it!”
Mick Mulvaney told people that Trump couldn’t fire him because he “knows too much.’’
Gordon Sondland was part of a criminal conspiracy that involved a private messaging app after texting Rudy about Ukraine with his personal phone. He blew off showing up at the House Intelligence Committee hearing so he was subpoenaed and testified even though Mike Pompeo told him not to. He admitted that Trump dictated the quid pro quo but qualified it by saying it wasn’t a “corrupt one.” He’s suing Mike Pompeo and the US government for $1.8 million to compensate for legal fees that he incurred during the 2019 House impeachment probe. Pompeo told him that the government would pay for his legal fees and they didn’t. He was fired by Trump 2 days after the Senate acquitted him in the impeachment trial.
Rick Perry was subpoenaed and resigned. Rick Perry spent 9/11 in Moscow. Trump blamed the Ukraine phone call on Rick Perry. He knew that Rudy and his pals hoped to profit from Ukraine’s state run natural gas company. As energy secretary, he could be in more trouble than extortion, especially if he used his government office to make money off of a foreign government’s state run energy.
Trump’s Russia adviser, Fiona Hill testified for 10 hours. She was one of the nation’s top experts on Putin and understood his threat to western democracy better than anybody. She said that Rudy Giuliani and Gordon Sondland bypassed the National Security Council and normal White House procedure to run shadow Ukraine policy in Trump’s shadow government. They circumvented US officials and diplomats to extort a foreign government. Trump’s third national security advisor, John Bolton, found out and told Fiona to get a lawyer. She did and decided to tell Congress. Her testimony ruined the Republicans’ conspiracy theory. When asked recently whether Putin would stop at Ukraine once the war was over she said, “Of course he won’t. Every country in the world should be paying close attention to this.”
John Bolton found out what Rudy was doing and resigned. A copy of his tell all manuscript leaked right before Trump was impeached.
