Back In The USSR Timeline Part 6 — Why Trump Won
The chair of the Senate Investigative Committee, Republican Senator Richard Burr, received information from Cambridge Analytica and money from the Mercers during his campaign, but that didn’t disqualify him from being on the team to investigate Russia.
Florida was the proving ground for Cambridge Analytica. Marco Rubio was their first client. That explains a lot.
60 Russian diplomats got kicked out of the country which pissed Trump off.
In January of 2018, Trump met with the dictator of Kazakhstan in the White House. Kazakhstan is famous for laundering money.
In January in 2018, Alexei Navalny, Putin’s nemesis who was barred by Putin from running against him in the Russian “free” election got arrested for organizing people to boycott the election. He was whisked off the street and shoved into a paddy wagon. It was big news but Trump never acknowledged it.
Pat Buchanan said Putin had God on his side.
Bob Mueller indicted 12 Russian military officers.
UN Ambassador Nikki Haley made a speech at a Republican retreat. She said that Russia was not our friend. Only a few people clapped.
Up in the air in Air Force One, Hope Hicks, Trump’s communication director, told Trump and a few other people that they didn’t need to worry about Junior’s emails about his dad telling him what to say about him and the Russians. She had a plan. Mark Corallo, one of Trump’s legal team, was on board and heard that and resigned as soon as they landed. He didn’t want to have anything to do with that plan.
Congressman Devin Nunes wasn’t supposed to talk about the Russia investigation because he got caught feeding Trump information in his capacity as Chair of the House Intelligence Committee until the Ethics Committee cleared him of all wrong doing so he got back in the driver’s seat and neutered the investigation. Now he is the CEO of Trump’s new social media company which is doomed to fail just like everything else he’s done.
Republicans wrote a fake memo about the Russia probe and tried to make everybody believe it was breaking news that would take Bob Mueller and the FBI down and would prove to everybody that they were the Deep State. It didn’t work. The FBI issued a warning that Trump and his enablers were going to release confidential, classified information on Russia which would threaten national security. Their stupid plan backfired. Devin Nunes wrote the memo. Trump and the Republicans set the FBI up to take their fall.
White supremacists rallied in Charlottesville, Virginia ending in violence and death. Trump said there were “very fine people on both sides.” Fine people on both sides? One side chanted, “Jews will not replaces us!” and “Russia is our friend!”
According to the Steele Dossier, the Kremlin had been feeding Trump dirt on Hillary and other opponents for years. In exchange Trump fed the Kremlin dirt on Russian oligarchs that he “did business with.” The oligarchs may own all of the wealth in Russia, but Putin owns them. Mueller asked Russian oligarchs if they gave Trump money as part of his investigation.
Hours after Trump made his infamous “Russia, if you’re listening, I hope you’re able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing” request on July 27, 2016, the Russians found the missing emails. They released them 3 days before the Democratic National Convention to get the Dems fighting with each other. It worked. They hacked Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s emails about Bernie and started a war between the Bernie and Hillary supporters. Bernie supporters turned on Hillary, even though Bernie asked them not to.
Trump mentioned Wikileaks 163 times in the final month of his campaign. WikiLeaks worked with the Russians to time the release of hacked emails to have the greatest impact on the election. Russia hacked both the DNC and the RNC but only released the DNC emails. Bob Mueller had the RNC emails so he knew who Russia and Trump were blackmailing and why.
The Russians hacked state databases, affecting 500,000 voters. 70,000 votes threw the electoral college to Trump. Before that, Trump only had a 25% chance of winning. Trump is an illegitimate president installed by a foreign hostile power.
The first guy to go to jail in the Mueller probe, Alexander van der Zwaan, was a Dutch lawyer and the son in law of a Russian oligarch.
Trump said having a good relationship with Putin was a good thing and if you didn’t agree then you were stupid.
Hillary Clinton would have been really tough on Russia. That’s why Trump won.
