The economy can’t take off until we make tax cuts. We’re one of the highest taxed countries in the world. The people are all for it. Now we need Congress to get behind it. We’re reducing excessive spending in government — making departments lean with lots of heart. People are taking advantage of welfare. Welfare reform is coming but we’ll do it with lots of heart, lots of heart! We’re doing a fantastic job on immigration reform — a fantastic job. Better than anyone has ever seen before. We’re going to take it five steps further. The numbers….the numbers….it’s so out of control. More than ever we need the wall — drugs are pouring through. We don’t want the drugs and crime. We need the wall. One person comes in and brings his whole family with him. Really tremendously frankly. Democrats have terrible policy, terrible. They’re very good at obstruction. That’s all they do well. We’re working with the shooting victims very much so in Las Vegas. The shooter was a demented sick individual extremely badly in his brain. Tremendous strength and heroism by law enforcement and by extraordinary citizens. My cabinet is one of the finest group of people ever assembled as a cabinet. Tremendous amount of talent. I am tired of being taken advantage of as a nation and I’m tired of it. I’m proud of what I’ve done with Iran but there could be a termination that could happen we’ll have to wait to see what happens. I knocked out the CSRs which were a gift to the insurance companies. Take a look at their stocks. I didn’t get any campaign contributions from the insurance companies but the Democrats did. Take a look at their coffers. The gravy train ended when I knocked out the subsidies to the insurance companies. I want the money to go to the poor people who need health care, not the insurance companies. Obamacare is finished, it’s gone. It’s over. Gone. We’ve got the vote for healthcare. It should happen very shortly. The Democrats will get the blame for that. The insurance companies have given a lot of money to politicians, maybe even Mitch, but not me — I don’t want their money. I want to get health care into states that I won in and the states that I didn’t win. Big tax cuts. The biggest tax cuts in the history of the nation. Obamacare is a disaster. We’ve been working together long and hard to pass the largest tax cuts ever passed in this country. We got a great justice on the Supreme Court. Something that people aren’t talking about is the great, tremendous judges we’ve had approved. The Democrats have terrible, terrible policies but they are good at obstruction. We will set records in terms of the number of judges. If you read the Wall Street Journal they’re saying how well we are doing with judges and appointments. It’s one of the great unsung things of this administration. We’ve had a lot of legislation passed. The level of quality is extraordinary. We’re getting really great reviews. There has never been anything like this on what we’ve been doing with judges. We got an A+ from FEMA on how we responded to the hurricanes, including Puerto Rico. They like me in Alabama. We have to have a wall in this country. I know it. You know it. Everybody knows it. Puerto Rico is tough because it’s an island. We’ve delivered tremendous, massive amounts of food and water. They haven’t distributed it. Now we’ve had to ask the military to do it, which they shouldn’t have to do. Mitch will tell you I have a fantastic relationship with the people in the Senate. I have a great relationship with political people. I like and respect most of them. I think they like and respect me. The Republican party is unified. We have no Democrat support. The whole Russian thing is an excuse for the Democrats losing the election. They have a big advantage in the electoral college and they still lost. There was no collusion. Taking a knee is why Hillary lost the election. I feel bad about the soldiers, I’ve written letters to their families. They’ll probably go out today or tomorrow. And I will call. Other presidents didn’t call. I will.

If you are hoping that you are going to wake up in a freak out tent on the set of Saturday Night Live with President Jimmy Carter talking you down from a bad acid trip, you’re hallucinating. Dan Akroyd can’t save you now. The President of the United States actually said all of this in a one hour free flowing rant before the press at the White House yesterday.

Trump has a personality disorder called malignant narcissism. Lots of dictators and serial murderers have it. The key patterns of behavior are bragging, paranoia, conspiracy theories, demonization of those who oppose him, lying, exploitation and bullying. The traits were coined by a German psychotherapist, Erich Fromm, who escaped Nazi Germany and developed the diagnosis to explain leaders who rose to power in World War II.

Section 4 of the 25th Amendment says that in the event of an emergency (such as the president having malignant narcissism, HELLO?), the Vice President and members of the Cabinet can declare the President unfit to carry out the duties of the Presidency. The President may assert his competency (ability to serve) by sending a declaration to Congress. The Vice President and Cabinet can submit another declaration against the President, which would force Congress to reach a 2/3 majority that the President is unfit for office which will never happen because Republicans.

What do we do if an entire political party is unfit to serve? NOW WHAT?
