Blame Game

The radical Republican Catholic Supreme Court is at it again, hearing another abortion case this morning. This one is on the legality of the popular abortion pill. The court is hearing opening arguments now and will decide on outlawing the medication in all states after overturning Roe v Wade which was supposed to give abortion access to the states to decide. Don’t blame us for outlawing abortion, blame your state! There is no basis in law and fact in this case, just the justices’ religious opinions. A decision will be made by the end of June. Will they blame states rights again or will they come right out and blame God?

Trump got out of another jam and was given special treatment again by the appeals court in New York that reduced his bond by 60% and gave him 10 more days to pay it in his civil fraud case. Instead of having to come up with $454 million, he only has to come up with $175 million.

New York Attorney General Letitia James is ready to seize properties the minute the new deadline hits and Trump is fundraising off of this. He sent out an email begging for money saying, “TRUMP TOWER IS MINE.” He blames Democrat Letitia James for the witch hunt against him.

Trump didn’t have success trying to delay his first criminal trial in Manhattan. The judge is sick of his crap and set the trial for April 15 yesterday. Outside of the courthouse he called the whole thing a hoax.

In addition to bonds and judgements, Trump has to come up with millions for legal fees. Trump’s leadership PAC paid $5.6 million toward his legal bills last month. Another Trump PAC has spent over $50 million since last year.

NBC News is facing huge public backlash and public criticism from within for hiring former RNC chair Ronna McDaniel for $300,000 a yearto be one of its talking heads. She has not only repeatedly attacked the network and its journalists and accused them of being “fake news,” but she helped Trump with the insurrection and promoted his lies about election fraud. A mainstream news organization hired a traitor to the United States to be a so called expert after she supported and promoted one of the biggest lies in political history. Such a hire deteriorates journalism even further than it’s already gone in the Trump era and insults an intelligent audience that is far more sophisticated than the Fox News audience. They’re not having it.

In her first segment on Meet the Press Ronna McDaniel said she would still vote for Trump in 2024, that she does not hold him accountable for January 6th and that there were “problems with the election.”

Ronna McDaniel told the fake electors in Michigan to go along with their plan. “If you can go home tonight, do not sign it… we will get you attorneys,” she instructed them. Trump assured them that they’d pay their legal bills if they got in any trouble. “We’ll take care of that.” Ronna McDaniel and Trump belong in jail, not on NBC.

The DNC released a statement on Ronna McDaniel’s new position at NBC: “There should be no debate about the truth in our political discourse. Ronna McDaniel is a proven Iiar, and has no place in an honest and objective conversation about the future of this country.”

Fox is spinning Rachel Maddow, Nicolle Wallace, Joe Scarborough, and Chuck Todd calling their bosses out on their shows as liberal employees bullying executives. Fox News talking heads would never blame their execs for hiring them to spin and lie to their audience. That’s precisely why they were hired — to lie.

A few hours ago a bridge in Baltimore collapsed after it was hit by a cargo ship that had lost power and couldn’t signal for the draw bridge to open up. It crumbled in seconds. Cars that were going across plunged into the water. 2 people were pulled out alive and at least 7 are still missing. Maria Bartiromo of Fox News tried blamed the bridge collapse on “the wide open border” and Matt Schlapp on Newsmax tried to blame it on “drug-addled” employees and COVID lockdowns.
