Buffoons and Predators
Trump is in court again this morning, listening to closing arguments in his 11 week civil trial case where the attorney general of New York is suing him, Junior, Eric, and the Trump Organization for $370 million (up from $250 million) for fines, penalties, interest, and judgements, plus barring them all from doing business in the real estate industry in New York. Trump said he was going to deliver the closing remarks himself but after the judge laid out the rules for how to go about doing that (no campaign speeches or attacks on anybody), he backed out. Now he’s going to make a big deal out of being a victim because the judge silenced him. He tried to delay the trial again by saying his mother in law died (his first wife died during depositions in the first trial which got it delayed until now) but the judge said no because Trump doesn’t have to be present for closing arguments. He needs to wrap things up because the NRA trial is next and they need the courtroom.
The cops and a bomb squad showed up at Judge Engoron’s home this morning after someone called in a bomb threat.
Fox and Trump are back together. Fox hosted a special town hall for Trump in Iowa at the same time as a presidential debate. At the start of the show Trump couldn’t find the stage after he was introduced on air making for an awkward start. Fox went really easy on him so he could brag about reversing Roe v Wade. He promised to conduct the largest deportation in history and overturn Obamacare if elected again. He said he has picked his running mate but isn’t ready to announce them yet.
The Republican presidential debate was just a couple of buffoons, Ron DeSantis and Nikki Haley, accusing each other of being liars while they stayed away from attacking their competition, Trump, the biggest liar in the world.
DeSantis did criticize Trump’s handling of BLM protests that took place during the summer of 2020. He called the protests “the worst rioting in the modern history of this country.”
Chris Christie dropped out of the race.
Republican governor of New Hampshire Chris Sununu, who has enjoyed a reputation for not being a MAGA, endorsed Nikki Haley but said he’d vote for Trump if he’s the Republican nominee even if he’s a convicted felon. Take off your moderate hat, governor, and put on your MAGA hat.
Trump won’t be on the Nevada primary ballot. His idiot team forgot to fill out the paperwork on time.
Virginia Baptist pastor, Ben Wharton, was arrested on 30 felony charges of raping children under the age of 13 at a Christian school that was started by his church. He has served 7 churches in Virginia, South Carolina, Alabama and Florida over the past 40 years. The perv is 86 years old.
Indiana pastor Zachary Luke Petree pleaded guilty to sexting with a 16 year old from his church.
North Carolina evangelical youth pastor and Christian charter school kindergarten teacher, Aaron Mirtsching keeps getting arrested for molesting children in his care.
Tennessee pastor Kenneth Lamons was arrested for the rape of a child.
Wyoming youth pastor Richard Shaw was arrested for sexually assaulting a girl under the age of 12. The 69 year old perv said he’s addicted to porn and that temptation made him do it.
Missouri pastor Virgil Marsh was arrested for child molestation going back to 2011 but says its OK because he asked God for forgiveness and is a changed man.
A school district in Florida removed the Merriam Webster’s Dictionary for Students from library shelves, because it violates Ron DeSantis’s law. Which one? Don’t Say Gay? Are kids going to be struck gay or Democrat if they look up the word, “homosexual?”
