Charlie Kirk Got Shot
Rage baiter and founder of Turning Point USA, Charlie Kirk got shot and killed while he was doing one of his right wing college events in Utah. The shooter had to have been a trained sniper because they shot at him 250 yards away, hit a major artery, and hasn’t been caught.
While the provocateur was literally talking about guns in front of a crowd that likes their guns (Utah is an open carry state), he got shot. All on video for the whole world to see if they’re interested. He has been martyred now by Trump and the Republicans for dying for his cause. In 2023 he said, “I think it’s worth to have a cost of, unfortunately, some gun deaths every single year so that we can have the Second Amendment to protect our other God-given rights. Having an armed citizenry comes with a price, and that is part of liberty.”
Charlie Kirk was assassinated at the same time that there was yet another school shooting in America. This one was where the Daily Crime Report blogger, Spike Dolomite, attended high school. It’s also the same high school that South Park satirist Trey Parker attended.
South Park has been asked to skip the upcoming episode which features Charlie Kirk.
The common denominator between yesterday’s two big events? Guns and right-wing extremism.
The responses to his death have been really ugly. The right is furious at the left and blames them for all of the violent rhetoric, and the left is not helping itself by saying they’re glad he’s dead. The left is extra angry because he peddled hatred of varying kinds. He hated liberals and led millions to do the same. He regarded bleeding heart liberals as being inferior to him and all “conservatives.” He hated empathy and now ironically, he isn’t being shown much from the people who have been actively protesting him and the right wing organization that he founded to convert college kids to “conservatism.” He is on record for saying, “I think empathy is a made-up New Age term that does a lot of damage…..empathy makes you weak.”
Still, there are others on the right who held him up as a hero, a hero whose hero was Donald Trump.
Politics aside, two more little babies lost their dad to gun violence. Another 124 people died yesterday by gun violence, too, as happens every day in America. Their families are all paying the price for a run away gun culture in America.
Over 10,000 people have been shot and killed in 2025 so far. 300 were mass shootings.
After the Covenant School shooting in Nashville, Tennessee, Charlie Kirk said at a Turning Point event in 2023, “You will never live in a society when you have an armed citizenry and you won’t have a single gun death.” He compared gun deaths to automobile fatalities, saying that liberty comes at a price. He also acknowledged that allowing gun ownership leads to gun deaths, but “the positives far outweigh the negatives.”
After a crazy MAGA broke into Nancy Pelosi’s house and attacked her husband with a hammer, Charlie Kirk said, “If some amazing patriot out there in San Francisco or the Bay Area wants to really be a midterm hero, someone should go and bail this guy out.”
Charlie Kirk stood for 1) political violence as patriotic, 2) gun deaths are the price we pay for “liberty,” 3) and caring about other people and the being saddened by the state of the world makes you a pussy.
Charlie Kirk was not a good guy. It’s sad that he died because there were people who loved him and will never be the same after his terrible death, but opposing his philosophy means rejecting the violence and hatred he embraced.
People are pretty worked up about this one and are posting about it. So now we know who among our friends, family members, and work colleagues liked Charlie Kirk………..
Charlie Kirk wouldn’t shut up about the Epstein files.
