Dicktator Calling
In a speech at Mar-a-Lago Trump said, “He asked me a question, ‘please say you don’t want to be a dictator.’ I said no I won’t say that.”
A binder containing highly classified information related to Russian election interference went missing at the end of Trump’s presidency, exposing closely guarded national security secrets. The binder contained raw intelligence that the US and its NATO allies collected on Russians and Russian agents, including how Putin sought to help Trump win the 2016 election.
The House voted 221 to 212 to proceed with impeaching Joe Biden without a single shred of evidence. Every single Republican voted yes. They’re doing this so that they can hold hearings and hog headlines throughout the election season. People who don’t follow politics will surely be swayed and see Trump as a martyr.
Democrat Jared Moskowitz slayed the Republicans for voting for an impeachment inquiry “that was SO urgent, so serious, they’re taking three weeks off.”
Yesterday was essentially Kevin McCarthy’s last day because Congress is on vacation for the rest of the year. Good riddance, Captain Graftin’.
Master gas lighter Sean Hannity said to alternative facts originator Kellyanne Conway, “I honestly, and I’m being as objective as I can, I cannot think of a single policy success by President Biden. He has not put forward any policy that has benefited the American people.”
We have the best economy in the world, post pandemic, but Biden can’t catch a break. People actually believe that the economy is weak because they heard it on right wing media or the MAGA bar. We have the highest GDP in 60 years. The economy has done the impossible. We went from the worst economy (and the worst response) from COVID to the best and people are bitching. We have the lowest unemployment since the Boomers were born and the stock market is at an all time high and people are bitching. Trump destroyed the economy and jobs and Biden FIXED THEM and people are bitching.
The stock market crashed when Trump was president because he willfully mishandled the pandemic response which led to a shattered economy, record inflation, and hundreds of thousands of dead Americans. People thought the economy was good because Trump said it every single day on TV and on social media — over and over and over again. They ignored their own eyes and ears and believed him, showing the world just how powerful propaganda and TV are.
Joe Biden worked a freaking miracle but people still don’t believe their own eyes and ears. They’re bitching!
Rudy chickened out and didn’t testify in his own defense in his defamation trial. Now the jury will decide how much he has to pay Shaye Moss and Ruby Freeman for literally ruining their lives. Shaye Moss and Ruby Freeman got emails and calls threatening them with lynching. They got creepy graphic threats saying they wanted to hear their necks snap. MAGAs showed up at Ruby’s house and banged on her door threatening to kill her while she was inside on the phone talking to 911. She had to move. Both of them were so traumatized they were afraid to leave their house.
Trump and Rudy were too chicken to testify in their own cases this week, but not Hunter, he showed up with news cameras and said bring it on. Let’s do this — in public.
Rich Kentucky farmer and Republican congressman Jim Comer, the co-chair of the House Judiciary Committee who is overseeing the investigations into both Bidens, says they’ve worked hard on the Hunter Biden evidence. That’s true. They do have a hard on for Hunter Biden. Now Comer is in hot water because the press found out that he has the same kind of business arrangement that he’s been accusing Hunter Biden of having. They found a shell company called Farm Team Properties that he formed in order to hide his stake in a property — a 6 acre piece of land worth $1 million that he co-owns with a major political donor.
MAGA Christians Bridget and Christian Ziegler are refusing to resign their posts even though allies are demanding it. The Florida GOP asked Christian Ziegler, who serves as the chair, to resign over the threesome scandal. He said he would — for $2 million. The Sarasota school board voted on a resolution asking for Bridget’s resignation but she refused.
The MAGA Supreme Court is going to decide if Trump is immune from standing trial for attempting a coup. It is within the realm of possibility that this Supreme Court could rule in favor of a dicktator.
