More Americans have died of the coronavirus than in WWI, 9/11 and the Vietnam war combined but Trump and the Republicans don’t care. The high death toll is due to active interference, not Trump’s usual sloppy, stupid incompetence. A lot of people knew that Trump was covering up the seriousness of the virus and said and did nothing. When a reporter asked Trump to comment about it he told her to take her mask off when talking to him and then refused to answer the question. He used the time to drill down on his #1 talking point of the day — “We need 9 justices. You need that. With the unsolicited millions of ballots that they’re sending you’re gonna need 9 justices.” He admitted to reporters that he already plans on contesting the election results and will need his SCOTUS pick to declare him the winner. Mike Pence hammered the same talking appoint at his campaign rally earlier in the day. He told the crowd that the Senate needs to confirm Trump’s pick immediately because there “may be litigation following the election.” The election is rigged. Talking point: The election is rigged. We repeat: The election is rigged. Trump tweets it, chants it at all of his campaign rallies and squeezes it in whenever he gets a chance to hog a camera. RIGGED. RIGGED. RIGGED.

The FBI issued a PSA to warn the public that election results may take weeks or days to certify. It urges the public to be discerning in what it reads and hears about the election. Beware of foreign actors and cyber criminals who will sow disinformation, cast doubt, and discredit the election results. Do not pay any attention to reports made by anyone but reputable news sources.
There is no such thing as voter fraud. There is no evidence. The Republicans are calling voter fraud before anybody even votes because they cheat and steal. America’s problem is not people voting more than once, it’s people not voting at all.
MAGAs are holding up campaign signs at his rallies now that say, “FILL THAT SEAT!” In Pennsylvania, after he got his rabid crowd worked up with the RIGGED election, “What they’re doing is a hoax with the ballots,” he made an ass of himself by saying things like Joe Biden wears a mask to cover up plastic surgery. He pushed the crowd’s misogynist racist xeonopobhic button by going after Alexandria Ocasio Cortez and Ilhan Omar. “You know AOC? Not a good student. Not good at anything but she’s got a good line of crap,” and “She’s telling us how to run our country. How did you do where you came from? How was your country doing?” He promoted violence against the free press with, “Sometimes they grabbed — they grabbed one guy. ‘I’m a reporter. I’m a reporter.’ ‘Get out of here.’ They threw him aside like he was a little bag of popcorn.”
The Republicans have no problem with any of this. Mitt Romney, the one lone “decent” Republican is all in for a vote for SCOTUS. So much for his walk with BLM in front of the White House. He’s ready to do his part to make sure that black lives don’t matter for another 50 years. Perhaps he’s “being guided by his faith again.” Mormons aren’t big on birth control……

Mitch McConnell is going to pass a Supreme Court nomination before passing a coronavirus bill. Die, bitches!
The CIA is just as afraid of Trump as everybody else. Intelligence about Russia doesn’t get to the White House like it should because they don’t want him to get mad. So much of the failures of government can be traced down to people wanting to avoid Trump’s tweets and fits.

Any way you look at it, we’re getting less democratic by the day. The only hope for American Democracy is a massive margin of victory.
