The latest in How the US Government is Bungling the Global Health Crisis News: The World Health Organization is saying that the coronavirus is worse than the Spanish Flu of 1918/19 which wiped out 50 million of the 1.9 billion world wide population. The case fatality ratio is 3.4%. The Spanish Flu was 2.5%. The seasonal flu is .1%. The Homeland Security facility in Washington state closed due to an outbreak, Pence did a White House briefing on the virus but wouldn’t allow any audio or video because it would make them look bad, the Centers for Disease Control is withholding potentially lifesaving information from doctors, doctors can’t get testing approved, and Trump wants to keep the real numbers hidden from the public so they won’t hurt his chances for re-election.
The White House sent out a formal press release on White House letterhead which was nothing but copies of different tweets from presidential ass kissers praising Trump about how he’s handling of the coronavirus.
An Amazon employee in Seattle has tested positive.
Washington Senator Patty Murray is not happy with the government’s response to the coronavirus. “To put it simply: if someone at the White House or in this administration is actually in charge of responding to the coronavirus, it’d be news to anybody in my state.”

US Secretary of Health and Human Services, Alex Azar, says wa-la! They’ll have a vaccine in 3 days. Alex is a pharmaceutical lobbyist and former drug company executive. He, Trump, and the drug industry CEOs are partying it up because they’re going to get rich off of Americans getting sick.
When Trump was asked about how the uninsured are going to be cared for he responded by saying, “They have a big problem and we’re going to look at the uninsured people that, you know, this came out as a surprise to all of us. It just happened. It shows what can happen in life. We gonna see if we can help them out.”
The Federal Reserve cut interest rates to “battle the coronavirus.” It’s the first cut since the financial crisis of 2008. The real battle is the fear in the markets ABOUT the pandemic. The Dow dropped nearly 800 points anyway.
Super Tuesday was last night and despite the Republicans’ desperate attempts to keep Democrats from voting, people stood in line for up to 6 hours to insure that their vote would be counted. It was a bad night for Republicans. Pappy Bush’s grandson, 34 year old Pierce Bush, didn’t make the cut in the primary for a congressional seat in Texas. He’s the first Bush to lose a Texas race in over 40 years. In Alabama, Jeff Sessions didn’t win the primary so it goes to a run off and Roy Moore lost his Senate primary.
The chair of the RNC, Ronna McDaniel, boasted about Trump’s big night last night and so did Trump. Only a deranged sociopathic narcissist would brag and thank people for voting for them when they’re the only choice.
Trump is going nuts on Twitter today.
They’re scared.
Super Tuesday was a great day for Joe Biden. He did really well without Obama’s endorsement and with Trump relentlessly tweeting at him. Americans are bound and determined to take Trump down. When Trump goes down, they all go down, so go Joe.
The popular vote across all states so far — Joe Biden: 3.8 million and Bernie Sanders: 2.9 million. Two old white men have risen to the top. Not ideal or reflective of the country but we can fight about that later.
Since it looks like the Democratic nominee will be Biden, Republican Senator Ron Johnson is seeking subpoenas on Burisma right now. They’re going to start impeaching Joe Biden before he can even be elected.
Republicans say, “Hump Trump and throw Joe.”
Everybody else says, “Dump Trump.”
