Falling Star
Somebody took a pick axe to Trump’s star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and busted it all to pieces. He got arrested and then bailed out by the guy who did the same thing two years ago who started a Go Fund Me page for his successor’s bail. Hooray for Hollywood.
The White House is scrubbing transcripts and video. After a Reuters reporter asked Putin, “Did you want President Trump to win the election and did you direct any of your officials to help him do that?” Putin answered, “Yes, I did. Yes I did.” The White House took that out. Trump is destroying official records.
The White House doesn’t keep a log of who goes in and out of the White House.
National Security Advisor John Bolton announced that Putin will postpone his trip to the White House “until the witch hunt is over.”
The NRA and Michael Flynn were both in Moscow in December 2015, right before the Republican primary. So was Maria Butina.
The NRA hasn’t said a word about Maria Butina getting arrested. On the same day of her arrest, the Trump administration dropped a 50 year requirement that organizations like the NRA have to reveal their biggest donors.
Obama gave $12 billion to General Motors to save the country from falling into another great depression after George W. Bush tanked the economy. Trump gave farmers the same amount during Obama’s saved economy so they won’t get mad at him. He’s using tax payer money to buy votes.
Secretary of State Mike Pompeo went on “Battle of the Sycophants” to prove his loyalty to Trump. Senators asked him questions they knew he couldn’t answer not because he’s forbidden to answer, but because he doesn’t know the answers because Trump doesn’t tell him anything. In response to Senator Bob Menendez asking him what transpired in the private meeting between Trump and Putin he got all cocky and said, “Senator, I understand the game that you’re playing……..I saw the glee on your side………..walking away, trying to make a political point from that.” To that, Senator Menendez quipped back, “You want to talk about politics? If President Obama did what President Trump did in Helsinki, I’d be peeling you off the Capitol ceiling.”
A federal judge said Trump can’t keep a case from moving forward for violating the emoluments clause. Trump doing business with foreign governments as president and profiting from it is hurting other hotels by killing the competition because diplomats feel obligated to stay at his international hotel when they’re in DC.
The White House kicked a CNN reporter, Kaitlan Collins, out of the Oval Office for asking, “Did Michael Cohen betray you, Mr. President? Why is Vladimir Putin not accepting your invitation, Mr. President?” Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Bill Shine took her aside and got in her face and told her she was barred from attending another open press event. One down, everybody but Fox reporters left to go.
The press shouts out questions every day. It’s their job.
Jim Jordan and Mark Meadows, along with 9 members of the wack-o right wing Freedom Caucus, filed Articles of Impeachment against Rod Rosenstein to stop the deep state.
Jim Jordan has been named in a class action suit by former athletes from OSU saying he failed to prevent sexual abuse perpetrated by a university doctor. Republicans are siding with Gym Jordan and have accused the athletes of being part of the deep state. They say all of the athletes are lying.
Sean Spicer had the biggest book signing event EVER in New York. About a dozen people showed up. He got heckled by a patriot who yelled that he and his book are “garbage.” The patriot got thrown out. While doing an interview for BBC to sell his book, the interviewer confronted Sean Spicer and said, “You have corrupted discourse for the entire world!” His book hasn’t even made it to the top 1000. Turns out writing a book for an audience that doesn’t read is a bad idea.
The government seized over 100 tapes from Michael Cohen.
Trump caught Melania watching CNN.
Sean Hannity is going to interview Roseanne Barr tonight on his freak show because every day in Trump’s America isn’t weird enough.
