The special grand jury in Fulton County recommended that 39 people be indicted back in December 2022, some for perjury. That’s twice as many as those who were actually indicted.
Both Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue (sitting US senators for the state of Georgia at the time) called on Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to resign. They’re both really, really rich, too. Why weren’t they indicted?
Lindsey Graham fought having to testify in Fulton County and lost twice in court. He used $350,000 of his campaign money to pay lawyers to try and get him out of testifying. Why fight if he wasn’t guilty of anything? He acted nonchalant when asked to comment on the news that he was on the list of recommended indictments. He pretended like it was no big deal. He says that he had to get involved in election interference claims because he was the chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee at the time and he needed to know if the election in Georgia was fair and square so that’s why he called the secretary of state (he called him twice to ask him to help Trump win by throwing out ballots and was recorded the second time). He admitted to calling secretaries of state in Nevada and Arizona, too. Since he ultimately voted not to overturn the election after the insurrection (Trump called on senators Josh Hawley, Ted Cruz, Marsha Blackburn, Bill Hagerty, Tommy Tuberville and Lindsey Graham to vote to overturn the election and only three did — Cruz, Tuberville and Hawley) he believes that is proof that he’s innocent.
Lindsey Graham fun fact: Lindsey Graham used his position on the Senate Judiciary Committee to investigate alleged “voting irregularities.” He said, “If Republicans don’t challenge and change the US election system, there will never be another Republican president elected again. President Trump should not concede.” Well now.
What does Trump have on Lindsey Graham? Is he gay? So what? Graham has been kissing Trump’s butt since Trump got elected in 2016. Prior to that he was very critical of him. Is he kissing butt over something about Russia? Republican emails were hacked at the same time as the Democrats during the 2016 presidential campaign. Lindsey Graham was one of them. Could that be it? Did the Russians tell Trump that they had dirt on him?
Lindsey Graham told reporters after Jack Smith came on to the scene, “If the special counsel indicts President Trump in Washington, DC for anything related to January 6th, that will be considered a major outrage by Republicans because you could convict any Republican of anything in Washington DC.” Lindsey Graham is any Republican.
Lindsey Graham told Fox News that the judge hates Trump and that they need to win in 2024 to “stop this crazy crap.”
Lindsey Graham still supports Trump even though he’s “a handful sometimes.”
Was Lindsey Graham not indicted because Fani Willis doesn’t want to deal with prosecuting a sitting US senator, or did he make a deal with the feds?
Nobody who has been indicted so far is still in office.

Everyone who has been associated with Trump who has gone to trial has been found guilty so far.

Campaign season begins at the same time that 19 people are being tried for trying to overturn the last election. One of them was the Republican candidate himself who lost and is running again.
