Another shooter is in custody after he went into a convenience store in Yakima, Washington and shot and killed three people. There have been more mass shootings this year than there have been days.

Kevin McCarthy has been tweeting Goebbels style messages accusing the Democrats of what they’re doing, just like Trump did and still does. He never mentioned the double mass murders IN HIS OWN STATE. Not a thought or a prayer. Nothing. The governor of California, Gavin Newsom, ripped him a new one. Fox “News” too. He flat out said he has no intention of taking guns away from responsible people but that weapons of war should be outlawed because there is absolutely no reason for anyone to own them. He blames Republicans for not fixing this.

A dozen classified documents have been found at Mike Pence’s house. He should be embarrassed after making a big deal about Biden having some. Everybody is scrambling now, looking for classified documents in their own houses because those things seem to be everywhere.

Fulton County District Attorney Fanni Willis told the judge that she didn’t want the grand jury report to be released to the public because it could influence imminent cases — 4 defendants might not get a fair trial if that report gets out everywhere. She said decisions are imminent. Indictments should be coming soon.

Trump dropped a frivolous lawsuit he had against New York AG Letitia James to keep her away from his family trust (she’s suing him for $250 million for a decade’s worth of business fraud) the day after he was ordered to pay one million for abusing and misusing the court system to get revenge on his enemies. The judge overseeing that case is the same judge who just slapped him and Alina Habba with a million dollar sanction for abusing the court system. He withdrew a second lawsuit challenging another investigation into the Trump Organization a couple of days later. Trump lawsuits are freaking everywhere.

Pauline Bauer, the pizzeria owner in Pennsylvania who went to DC to overturn the election who became famous for yelling, “bring Nancy Pelosi out!” so they could kill her, was convicted on all 5 counts. She’ll be sentenced on May 1. DOJ has been on a roll — nobody yet has gotten off for their role in the attack on democracy. They’ll be branded insurrectionists for life and will have to wear that label like a MAGA hat everywhere they go.

Kevin McCarthy put anti-masker, anti-vaxxer, anti-social distancing, anti-public health, COVID conspiracy theorist Marjorie Taylor Greene on the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic. She got fined over and over for refusing to wear a mask on the House floor, made and posted videos calling the virus a hoax, and got kicked off Twitter for spreading COVID conspiracy theories. Marjorie will be everywhere on committees now after being kicked off all of them, all because she flirted with Kevin.

Kevin McCarthy kicked Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell off the House Intelligence Committee as revenge for impeaching Trump. He said it was not based on political payback but because “integrity matters, and they have failed in that place.” Insurrectionists are everywhere in Congress now, thanks to gerrymandering and Kevin McCarthy.

The Select Committee subpoenaed five Republican members of Congress: Kevin McCarthy, Scott Perry, Jim Jordan, Mo Brooks, and Andy Biggs. They were asked to come in voluntarily at first but they refused so they were subpoenaed but they blew them off so then they were held in contempt but they didn’t suffer any consequences. Four of them won their re-election bids and have committee assignments. One became Speaker.

Speaker Kevin McCarthy’s call to House leadership 4 days after the insurrection was recorded. He acknowledged how dangerous things had gotten and called certain members out by name as being serious problems — Louie Gohmert, Mo Brooks, Matt Gaetz, and Barry Moore’s tweet about a Black cop shooting and killing a white female veteran as not “fitting the narrative.” McCarthy said Trump deserved to be impeached and that Mo Brooks was even worse. Brooks is the only one of the five who was subpoenaed by the Select Committee who didn’t win re-election. He ran for Senate and lost. Trump endorsed him but took it back. After he did that, Brooks got mad and admitted that Trump asked him to overthrow the election. “President Trump asked me to rescind the 2020 elections, immediately remove Joe Biden from the White House, immediately put President Trump back in the White House, and hold a new special election for the presidency.” Eric Swalwell sued Mo Brooks in civil court for inciting the riot and now Kevin McCarthy has put him in his place by taking power away from him. Corruption is everywhere throughout the House of Representatives.

Mo Brooks texted Mark Meadows often before January 6 and spoke at the Stop the Steal rally wearing a bullet proof vest. He told the crowd that there was a war on whites and encouraged people to storm the Capitol. He was described as a “ringleader.” He organized meetings in the White House with Trump and other members of Congress about January 6. Jim Jordan was at those planning meetings. He talked to Trump on January 6. Kevin McCarthy put him in charge of the House Judiciary Committee. He doesn’t belong there. He belongs in jail.
