President Biden has focused on US foreign policy for decades. As he leaves office he said his team’s work on artificial intelligence and climate change was key for his successor to follow through on. Trump will fuck it all up.
Special counsel Jack Smith’s report has been released. He says there is way more than enough evidence to send Trump to jail and he’d be in jail if it weren’t for him winning the election.
In 6 days a convicted felon will be the president of the United States when he should be in jail. Jack Smith was the man for the job but now he’s out of a job. He has left the US Department of Justice. Trump rage posted at him in the middle of the night.
The Department of Labor released the final jobs report of Joe Biden’s presidency. The nation added 256,000 new jobs in December, a number significantly higher than economists expected. That brings the total number of jobs created under Biden to 16.6 million. Biden is the only administration in history to have created jobs every month. Under his administration the nation has had the lowest average unemployment rate of any administration in 50 years, ending at 4.1%. The US economy has grown faster and created more jobs than any other country with an advanced economy since the pandemic. Trump is going to fuck that all up.
The fires are still burning in Southern California. Los Angeles County has been declared a disaster. Republicans want conditions to be put in place before California can receive any federal aid. As soon as Trump gets into office they’re going to start playing games. California Republicans are so not worried about their state that they left it while it burned to fly to Mar-a-Lago to kiss Trump’s ring and ass.
California Governor Gavin Newsom has had his hands full with dealing with the fires PLUS putting protections in place to protect the state from Trump who will seek his revenge on Newsom and California as soon as he’s sworn in. The idiot said, “When I was president, I demanded that this guy, the governor, accept the water coming from the north, from way up in Canada. And, you know, the north, it flows down through right through Los Angeles. I mean, massive millions and millions of gallons of water a week, probably, I think, even a day. Massive amounts coming out from the mountains, from the melts. And even without it, even during the summer, it’s a natural flow of water. They would have had so much water they wouldn’t have known what to do with it. You would have never had the fires. People would have been able to sprinkle their lawns and everything else. You know, the problem is it’s so dry. It was always so dry there. And it’s just it’s just a mess. They could have maintained their forests.”
Trump is a dangerous idiot and is going to fuck everything up. Over the next 4 years he is going to take credit for anything that goes right and blame the Democrats for everything that goes wrong, just like he did during his first term. Let’s hope nobody dies like they did in his first term.
The most we can hope for is total incompetence so Trump and the Republicans can’t get anything done. Just like with the first term.
