Jared Kushner, Hope Hicks and Newt Gingrich have testified before the grand jury that is hearing testimonies regarding Trump the Idiot trying to overthrow the government and remain in power. If the grand jury indicts Trump, the three of them can be asked back to testify again at trial. Jared was one of the few who was most involved in post-election fundraising and related messaging for ads claiming that the election had been stolen. Newt Gingrich helped with that too and went on Fox regularly to push the Big Lie. They’re idiot helpers.
Trump posted on Truth Social, like an idiot, that he is beating Biden in the polls so that must mean there are more indictments coming. Since Trump announced on Truth Social first that he was being indicted in South Florida and New York, this probably means that he and his lawyers have been notified that he is going to be indicted for a third time soon.
Republican Arizona congressman, Eli Crane, stood on the House floor to talk about his amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act. The MAGA Republicans revised to be racist and homophobic. He proposed an amendment that would have prevented “race, gender, religion, or political affiliations” from being used to recruit military members. Then he actually said, out loud, that his amendment had “nothing to do” with “whether colored people or Black people, or anybody can serve.” This shocked everybody but the racists in the House. He went on to say that he doesn’t want the military to become a social experiment. “The military was never intended to be, you know, inclusive. Its strength is not its diversity. Its strength is its standards. I’m going to tell you guys this right now — you can keep playing around these games with diversity, equity and inclusion, but there are some real threats out there. And if we keep messing around and we keep lowering our standards, it’s not going to be good.”

The House passed the National Defense Authorization Act this morning (219–210). MAGA Republicans jammed harmful anti-LGBTQ, anti-choice, and anti-diversity amendments into the bill. It limits abortion access and transgender health care for service members and bans the Pentagon from doing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) trainings. They want the military to be for straight, cis gender, white men only. This has traditionally been bipartisan legislation, but nothing can be bi-partisan anymore with idiot MAGA Republicans in control.
Hunter Biden’s attorneys have sent Trump a cease and desist letter warning him that he better stop defaming him publicly. He won’t of course so Hunter will probably end up suing the idiot for defamation.
A revised personal financial disclosure filing for Trump was just made public. Trump has “earned” about $1 billion since he left office. Mostly “speaking fees” for him and Melania. Speaking fees to the Trumps is like Christmas party to Clarence Thomas.
The insurrectionist, Kyle Fitzsimons, who ended the career of Capitol Police Sergeant Aquilino Gonell by attacking him and damaging his shoulder so badly it’s beyond repair, only got 7 years in prison even though he was one of the most violent of the attackers. The idiot is a butcher from Maine who wore his white butcher coat and black rubber boots that he wears for work to the Capitol on January 6. He hung a dead animal around his neck and carried a six-foot-long unstrung archery bow (he’s a trapper in his free time — a MAGA who loves killing stuff and cutting it up). He used his bow as a spear to attack 5 police officers. The feds wanted him to get 15 years but the judge sentenced him to less than half of that.
Alan Hostetter, a former Southern California police chief turned yoga instructor, was convicted on 4 charges for his role in the insurrection. He served as his own legal counsel and wanted to call Nancy Pelosi as a witness. His defense was based on conspiracy theories. He said that the 2020 election had been rigged and that the federal government had planned the attack. Idiot.
A MAGA yogi?
A Texas judge is going to use the Supreme Court’s ruling upholding discrimination against LGBTQ people to deny marriage licenses to gay couples. The Texas Supreme Court says they will consider the case. It had been dismissed before the Supreme Court made it legal to deny rights to a certain group of Americans.
At NATO press conference in Helsinki, President Biden said he wasn’t sure where Russian mercenary Yevgeny Prigozhin was, the guy who headed up an attempted coup of Putin in Russia several weeks ago, but that “if I were he, I’d be careful what I ate.”
Biden knows exactly where he is. He’s not an idiot. He’s not Trump.
Biden is not Trump and thankfully now the whole world knows it.
