Koo Koo Koo Coup

The Select Committee is in possession of a draft executive order that would have given Trump the power to order the federal government to seize voting machines and appoint a special counsel (Sidney Powell who was part of group of crackpot QAnon attorneys who filed over 60 baseless voter fraud suits and is now under federal investigation) to investigate the 2020 election. He was going to have his new defense secretary, Chris Miller, who he had installed after he lost the election to tell the military to seize voting machines. This unsigned executive order was part of the records that Trump fought to keep from the Select Committee which is further proof that the coup was strategic and multifaceted.

One of the sentences in the draft order reads, “Effective immediately, the Secretary of Defense shall seize, collect, retain and analyze all machines, equipment, electronically stored information, and material records.” Bill Barr knew about it 48 hours before it was written and resigned instead of doing his job as attorney general and preventing it. He just split. He has met with the Select Committee a few times voluntarily. He wrote a book. It comes out March 8. Don’t buy it.

On December 17, 2020 Michael Flynn said Trump could use the military to impose martial law and force new elections. They could “recount” the votes and declare Trump victorious. The draft of Trump’s executive order was dated the day before he said that — December 16, 2020. A retired US general was involved in an attempted coup. He gets $10,000 a month from the military and his brother, General Charles Flynn now commands the entire US Army Pacific.

Nobody in the Republican party has commented on any of the latest breaking news that Trump tried to pull off a coup. They accused the Democrats of voter fraud after Trump lost fair and square, finding zero evidence of fraud, when all the while they were planning a coup.

“Just say the election was corrupt and leave the rest to me.” — Trump

The Select Committee has 700 pages of records detailing what was happening in the White House during and before the insurrection — activity logs, speech notes, press secretary notes, schedules, chief of staff hand written notes, official records of other officials, White House counsel notes, and calls. They want to get ahold of the out takes of the video he did to call off the mob. What he said in between takes and during failed takes will tell them a lot about his state of mind during the attack.

1,100 DOJ alumni have signed an open letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland supporting the prosecution of all of those at the highest level in government who were part of the coup.

The Arizona Democratic Party’s executive committee formally censured Senator Kyrsten Sinema for not doing everything in her power to protect voting rights.

Mitch McConnell hasn’t apologized for his racist comment about Black people not being real Americans after the Senate voted not to protect Black people’s rights as citizens to vote. He did a press conference after the internet attacked him for being a racist to explain himself calling it an “outrageous mischaracterization.” He said what he meant to say was “almost” but forgot. After he walked away, one of his handlers whispered something to him which prompted him to return to the mic and make another correction — he didn’t mean to say “almost,” he meant to say “all.” Which is it Mitch? African Americans vote almost as much as real Americans or African Americans vote as much as all Americans? Another video has surfaced of him talking at a conference during the Obama presidency where he said, “My party does really good with white people and I’m proud of that.”

Black members of Mississippi’s senate got up and walked out of the chamber before a final vote on a bill to ban teaching Critical Race Theory in schools and universities. The vote passed.

Newly elected Republican Governor Glenn Youngkin had the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion section of the Virginia Governor’s website removed. He went on Fox to denounce the teaching of Critical Race Theory, and denied that white people have any racial advantage — “To teach our children that one group is advantaged and another is disadvantaged, simply because of the color of their skin, cuts across everything we know to be true.”

Mary Trump, Trump’s niece who wrote the book about what a deranged narcissist her uncle is, is suing him for ripping her off by screwing her out of her inheritance after she learned the truth after the New York Times published their Pulitzer Prize winning piece on Trump and the Trump family falsifying income documents to get out of having to pay any taxes. Reporters discovered what Trump and his siblings did to her and her brother, cutting them out of their grandfather’s will, so she sued them. In the first hearing where the judge decides whether or not the case should go forward, Trump’s lawyers argued that the statute of limitations had run out (they have not,) and that she should have known what was going on and besides, everyone knows what a fraud their client is.

The investigations into Trump’s business and the attack on the Capitol are now zeroing in on Ivanka, Junior and Eric. Will he throw his own kids under the bus to save his own ass? Of course he will. He attempted a coup of his own father’s will, who had dementia at the time, to try and give himself complete control so he could screw his siblings out of their inheritence.
