The Supreme Court has agreed to hear the Trump Colorado 14th amendment case. Trump’s lawyers will get 40 minutes. The Colorado voters who brought the case will get 30 minutes. The Secretary of State gets 10 minutes. Colorado doesn’t want Trump on the ballot. The Supreme Court will decide if they can do that or not. If they can, other states will follow.
Judge Tanya Chutkan has postponed Trump’s federal election interference trial in DC indefinitely due to the pending decision from the appellate court on Trump’s claim that he had absolute immunity from prosecution while president and could pretty much do anything he wanted like inciting an insurrection or shooting somebody on 5th Avenue. This is taking too long and making people nervous. The longer this goes on, the greater the risk that the trial will be postponed until after the election to give him time to campaign.
Judge Engoron won’t give his ruling for at least another week because now he has to consider Allen Weisselberg’s pleading guilty to lying on the stand and lying to the attorney general. Judge Engoron may not have given his testimony much weight anyway because he’s a convicted felon who already went to jail for Trump.
Trump has spent $50 million from his sucker fund to pay his legal fees. That’s money he grifted off of his cult followers.
The US has struck 85 targets in Iraq and Syria and 36 sites in Yemen in retaliation for a drone attack in Jordan that killed 3 US soldiers and injured dozens.
Tucker Carlson is in Moscow, aiding and abetting the enemy, the same enemy that threatens us with nuclear weapons, interferes in our elections, is allies with North Korea and Iran that is backing terrorist militia groups that started a war in Gaza, is attacking ships in the Red Sea, and attacked a base and US troops.
Congresswoman Nancy Mace threw a MAGA rally for Trump in South Carolina and about 35 people showed up. Media event and Trump audition bombed.
MAGAs put a convoy together to check out the crisis at the border and discovered it’s nowhere as bad as the media says it is. Media as in Fox News.
The Oglala Sioux Tribe, the largest tribe in South Dakota, has banned the MAGA governor, Kristi Noem, from the Pine Ridge Reservation after she said there was an “invasion” at the border, that she was sending razor wire to Texas, and that unauthorized immigration is harming reservations. The president of tribe called her out for using the border to help Trump and help her chances of being his running mate.
It’s Monday and the news isn’t great but for this: Trump has challenged Biden to a duel. He wants to debate him. Trump not only thinks he can win the debate and thus the election, he’s hoping for an Emmy.
