Jurors have been dismissed for the day for the third day of Trump’s first criminal trial in New York. His old buddy, David Pecker, has really turned on him. He admitted that he and Trump worked on their catch and kill scheme inside the White House with the help of his press secretary, Sarah Huckabee Sanders (now governor of Arkansas) and communications director Hope Hicks. Tax payer dollars went to pay White House staff to keep Playboy Playmate Karen McDougal from talking. Trump’s defense is “all the celebrities do it” (pay people off to keep quiet about their secrets using Arnold Schwarzenegger as an example for getting his housekeeper pregnant). When David Pecker received a letter from the Federal Election Commission he called Michael Cohen and asked him what to do. Cohen told him, “Jeff Sessions is the attorney general, and Donald Trump has him in his pocket.” On election night, the National Enquirer’s editor-in-chief Dylan Howard texted a relative, “At least if he wins I will be pardoned for electoral fraud.” Pecker signed a cooperation letter with the Manhattan DA’s office on October 25, 2019 which has been hush hush this whole time. Now we all know. Now Trump knows. What else does David Pecker know? Peckers gotta peck.

Trump, Rudy Giuliani and Mark Meadows have been named as unindicted co-conspirators in the Michigan attorney general’s case against the state’s fake electors in the 2020 election.

11 fake electors have been indicted in Arizona as well as former GOP state chair Kelli Ward, Rudy Giuliani, Mark Meadows, Boris Epshteyn, Jenna Ellis, John Eastman, Christina Bobb, Mike Roman, and state senators Jake Hoffman, Anthony Kern, and Tyler Bowyer. They’re facing 9 felony counts each. The indictment lists Trump as “Unindicted Coconspirator 1.” The indictment also includes the redacted names of other people who have been charged in the case but not yet served.

Don’t forget that Ginni Thomas, wife of Supreme Court justice Clarence Thomas, pressured 29 different Arizona state legislators to approve the fake electors.

Today, the day after Trump was named an un-indicted co-conspirator in a fake elector scheme in Arizona, made his case for presidential immunity before the Supreme Court. His lawyer claimed that everything he’s in trouble for is protected under a classification of “official act” so he should be immune from prosecution. Justices asked if that meant a president was immune if he ordered the assassination of political rivals, sold secrets to foreign entities, organized fake electors to overturn elections, or ordered the military to stage a coup. The attorney answered, “Absolutely.” The very idea that a case like this was being heard by the Supreme Court is absurd, made more absurd by the fact that the majority of the court is corrupt and could come back and say that yes, presidents, like Supreme Court justices, are above the law and are immune to prosecution. At the very least, they could help Trump out by sending this case back to the lower court, delaying the trial even longer. The court could wait until the very last minute to announce their decision (the end of June) to give him even more time.

Trump posted on Truth Social last night, “Wow! Former A.G. Bill Barr, who let a lot of great people down by not investigating Voter Fraud in our Country, has just Endorsed me for President despite the fact that I called him ‘Weak, Slow Moving, Lethargic, Gutless, and Lazy’ (New York Post!), Based on the fact that I greatly appreciate his wholehearted Endorsement, I am removing the word ‘Lethargic’ from my statement. Thank you Bill. MAGA 2024.”

Trump had Bill Barr in his pocket after he took Sessions out. Michael Cohen used to be in his pocket. So did David Pecker.
