The IT guy at Mar a Lago, Yuscil Taveras, is cooperating with the feds. He was granted immunity in exchange for testifying against Trump. Flippidy do da. He’s gonna rat Trump and the others out for asking him to destroy evidence.
Trump gave an interview to right wing skank and talk show host Hugh Hewitt and confessed to taking classified documents. Jack Smith will be able to use this confession to prosecute Trump.
Jack Smith needs to try his cases ASAP because Trump is posting crap daily that could contaminate the jury pool. He should be jailed for what he’s doing but no judge is going to want to jail a former president who is running for president again even if he is a Republican skank who deserves it. A judge’s best threat is if he fucks up, his trial will be pushed sooner because his only strategy is to delay.

Fulton County Jail isn’t going to want to house Trump the skank if he violates bond. They need the space for really dangerous bad guys that they want off the street.
The judge denied Kenneth Cheseboro’s and Sidney Powell’s motion to sever their cases from each other in the Fulton County RICO case. Both Republican skanks will be tried together on October 23. Fanni Willis needs to try everybody together because it will be the exact same trial with the same 150 witnesses for all 19 defendants which would go on forever and give those who go later an unfair advantage because they’d know exactly what to expect and could commit more crimes coming up with defenses. Prosecutors say the trial should take 4 months. It will be televised and live streamed EVERY DAY. Trump won’t be able to spin anything if it’s televised. This is the only hope for MAGA cult members. If hearing the truth from a courtroom doesn’t break the Trump spell, nothing will.
Who is Kenneth Chesebro? Most people heard his name for the first time through the fourth indictment. He hadn’t made much news until now. Kenneth Chesebro is an attorney and the architect of the fake electors plot and was at the Capitol with Alex Jones on January 6. Alex got a call to come to the Capitol after the Metropolitan Police showed up. Once he got there he helped direct the mob. Chesebro was with him, filming. Chesebro stayed with Alex and they left the Capitol together, following a path that the Proud Boys coordinated. He also helped with the efforts to recount Wisconsin when he first joined the Trump campaign, pro bono with nothing in writing. He worked with Jeffrey Clark and Boris Epshteyn. When he testified before the Select Committee, he pleaded the fifth and attorney client privilege a lot, like when the committee asked him if he knew about the fake electors strategy in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Georgia, Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico. He wouldn’t answer if he had any knowledge about the phone call that Trump and John Eastman had with RNC chair Ronna McDaniel. He took the fifth when asked if he was at the meeting at the White House on December 16. He took the fifth and asserted attorney client privilege when asked about this passage he wrote about the Supreme Court in an email to John Eastman, Judge Troupis, Justin Clark, Matt Morgan and others on December 24, 2020: “I think the odds of action before Jan 6 will become more favorable if the Justices start to fear that there will be, quote, ‘wild’ chaos on January 6 unless they rule by then either way. Though that factor could go against us on the merits. Easiest way to quell chaos would be to rule against us — our side would accept that result as legitimate.”
Peter Navarro’s criminal contempt trial for defying a congressional subpoena (he refused to testify before the Select Committee about what he knew about the attack on the Capitol) is over and now he has to wait to see if he must go to jail for blowing off Congress.
The impeachment trial for Ken Paxton, the Republican attorney general of Texas started three days ago. He was accused by his own party of taking bribes and abusing his office and impeached by the House (20 articles of impeachment). Paxton has been pushing Texas further right since 2015 and has been breaking laws (he’s been under indictment for a long time while serving as AG) and creating scandals the whole time. He was part of the scheme to keep Trump in power. He filed a lawsuit challenging Biden’s win. He spoke at the Stop the Steal rally. 21 state senators need to vote to convict to get rid of him. If all 12 Democrats vote yes then only 9 of the 18 Republicans need to. If he is found guilty and removed from office, that will be a real sign that the Republican party is over.
