Trump is on a call with a couple of Michigan canvassers trying to talk them into not certifying the vote for 2020. RNC Chair Ronna McDaniel is on the call too and promised them that they would hire lawyers for them if they had any problems. This was in Wayne County which is Detroit where a lot of Black people live. The call was recorded. This could mean a fifth indictment for Trump. He could be in more trouble than in Georgia because unlike Georgia where he really pushed and nagged officials to get his way, in Michigan he actually offered the two something in exchange for their cooperation.

Ron DeSantis is on video at a casual campaign event saying he disagrees with the Supreme Court decision that ruled that every person born in the US is a citizen under the 14th Amendment.
Seven years ago, InfoWars published a video claiming Hillary Clinton had “Parkinson’s, syphilis, brain damage, a brain tumor, autism, a degenerative disease that is giving her seizures and/or strokes, or a blood clot.”
Record keeping during the Trump administration was informal at best and criminal at worst. On January 6, the White House telephone logs showed gaps when the feds knew Trump was on the phone. He used his and others’ cell phones so he couldn’t be traced. The official record showed no activity of anyone calling the White House or anyone in the White House calling out.
The security tapes that Trump gave the DOJ had gaps. How did DOJ know? Because they got the tapes from the security vendor too.
Republicans are on video while the Capitol was under attack, calling Trump out, blaming him for the whole thing, and demanding that he call the mob off. Soon after, Republicans acted like they never said any such thing.
On the second day of Trump’s second impeachment, Senators were shown a lot of new video and given new information about how close they all got to getting killed and how Trump not only did nothing to stop it once it started, he planned it. The House Managers played the never heard before audio of police communications begging for help. They stitched everything together to not only tell the story of what happened during the attack, but they did it in such a way to show what Trump was doing while the attack was going on. Only 7 Republicans voted to convict.
Jack Smith has lots and lots of audio and video recordings, texts and emails that prove that members of Congress were in on the insurrection. He’ll get to them. He has to cut the head off of the snake first.
