Guerilla flotilla on the river Florida — attorney for the gun nuts and Republican congressman Cord Byrd is bragging about defying public health warnings and flouting his white privilege by showing off his wife’s Trump boat parade where a bunch of MAGAs took over a river in their boats and tore it up for Dear Leader. Meanwhile the majority of his constituents don’t have boats. They’re still waiting for their unemployment and stimulus checks. After Trump heard about the parade in his honor he tweeted twice: Thank you very much to our beautiful “boaters.” I will never let you down! #MAGA
Trump called President Obama “grossly incompetent” when asked to respond to what Obama said about the government’s response to the pandemic. Man over bored!

Per Trump’s directive, HHS Secretary Alex Azar blamed the WHO for sinking the coronavirus boat. It’s all your fault. He told everybody in attendance at the 73rd World Health Assembly, “We must be frank about one of the primary reasons this outbreak spun out of control — there was a failure by this organization to obtain the information that the world needed, and that failure cost many lives.”
Mitch McConnell tweeted: This pandemic originated in China. Its global spread was made worse by China’s unconscionable efforts to cover it up. Working closely with our allies and partners around the world, the U.S. will be asking tough questions about our relationship with the Chinese Communist Party.

China is pissed that the Republicans and the right wing media are blaming China for letting Americans get sick and die. The US sunk its own battleship and the whole world knows it.
Trump has visited his own properties 250 times since taking office, costing the federal government more than 4 years’ worth of nightly rentals at Trump properties. These trips were taken by Trump, his family, top officials and secret service agents — 950 nights at Trump’s golf club in Bedminster, NJ and 530 nights at Mar-a-Lago (lowest room rate is $141.66 per night and the highest is $650.) He is profiting off of the presidency. The Constitution states that presidents can’t take additional payments from the federal government beyond their salary, but the Republicans are like “Whatever floats your boat, Captain! Nice yacht!”
Trump’s campaign manager, Brad Parscale, benefitted from the PPP loan. He is one of the largest shareholders in a company that received nearly $800,000 from the federal coronavirus relief fund for small businesses. Working for Trump has made him a rich man. He can buy a yacht now and call it Ship for Brains and float around Mar-a-Lago, drinking Trump wine that he got for free if he promised to only drink Trump wine. The old country club snobby farts in fake furs would love it. Woot! Show us your butt! We mean boat!
The Navajo Nation has the third highest infection rate behind New York and New Jersey. If the Navajo Nation were a state, it would have the highest rate of coronavirus cases per capita in the country. Doctors Without Borders has been called in because our government has fucked up so badly. We’re a third world country now. We usually send our doctors to third world countries. Now they’re coming to US.
New Mexico’s governor says tribal nations could be wiped out by the coronavirus due to lack of running water, health care, and electricity.
Doctors and nurses are going home after their shifts and staying elsewhere so they don’t infect their families with the coronavirus. Hospital workers are taking on more risk by outing the dangers of their workplaces on social media. They could get fired but they don’t care. They want people to know how unsafe things are. One doctor took to Twitter and said enough with the tribute Blue Angels flights over cities in honor of health care heroes — each flight costs $450,000. Take that money and get hospital workers the PPE they’ve needed since this all began or feed the hungry that the virus has created.
The SSUS is a leaky life raft and Captain Trump is going down with his shit, er ship.
