Judge Tanya Chutkan has granted Special Counsel Jack Smith’s protective order against Trump, tightening the rope around the dickhead’s neck. Every time he screws up and posts about the trial, the trial will start sooner. If he doesn’t shut up he could end up in jail before trial. “The more a party makes inflammatory statement the greater the urgency will be that we proceed to trial quickly. I will take whatever measures necessary to safeguard the integrity of these proceedings.” Judge Chutkan has to have security guards with her now wherever she goes because a MAGA might try and assassinate her.
Jack Smith has asked that Trump’s trial in DC start on January 2, 2024. Perfect! The first business day of a new year, 3 years after his attack on democracy and 2 weeks before the Republican primary. Smith says the trial should take 4–6 weeks.
Attorney General Merrick Garland has made David Weiss the special counsel in the 5 year long Hunter Biden probe. He’s the US attorney from the Biden home state of Delaware and has been working on the case for 5 years already. This should shut the Republicans up once and for all but it won’t. House Oversight Chair Jim Comer says he’s going to subpoena the entire Biden family.
Senator Joni Ernst from Iowa is blowing off Trump’s indictment for trying to overthrow the 2020 election as a “nothingburger without any meat behind it.” She thinks Hunter Biden is a much bigger deal. Shut up, Joni.
Bernard Kerik, former New York City Police commissioner and bosom buddy of Rudy Giuliani, has been talking to prosecutors about January 6. He doesn’t want to go back to jail so he’s been very cooperative (he turned over docs to the Select Committee). He helped Rudy “investigate voter fraud” for Trump. Prosecutors asked him about Trump’s political PAC’s fundraising scams where he told cult followers he needed money to investigate election fraud. He’s talking to save his own butt. If he tells his side of the story, he may not get charged. Bernard Kerik has already been to jail. He got his start as Rudy’s bodyguard and chauffeur and was appointed to police commissioner while Rudy was mayor of New York. He is a former member of Mar-a-Lago. A police commissioner could never afford a membership at Trump’s club without some help so he was either comped or someone paid for his membership. He was sentenced to 4 years in 2010 for corruption charges (just like Trump), tax fraud (just like Trump), construction fraud (just like Trump), lying to the IRS (just like Trump) and lying to White House officials (just like Trump). He served 3 years. Trump pardoned him.
Fox News contributor and big shot GOP donor Anton Lazzaro was sentenced to 21 years in prison for sex trafficking. He gave teenage girls gifts, booze and cash in exchange for sex. Anton has had his picture taken with Trump, Marco Rubio, Lindsey Graham, Tucker Carlson, and others.
Marty Cole Wagner, the anti-abortion activist and former aide to Will Ainsworth, lieutenant governor of Alabama, was charged with sexual abuse of child under 12.
School principal and church deacon of the First Baptist church in Illinois, Robert Lazzell, was sentenced to 12 years in prison for grooming and raping an 8th grade student.
Fabian Marta, a crowd fund donor for the conservative film, “Sound of Freedom” about child trafficking and vigilante justice, was charged with felony child kidnapping. The film depicts evangelicals as heroes who rescue kidnapped, trafficked, and abused children. Conspiracy theorists accuse liberals of being child sex traffickers but so far the only people getting busted for child sex trafficking are conservatives.
Republican sex trafficking fun fact: Trump’s 2016 campaign chair in Kentucky, Tim Nolan, was charged with 28 felonies in 2018 such as rape, human trafficking, witness tampering, prostitution, and sodomy. There were 22 victims and 8 of them were minors. Nolan was a judge and one of the founders of QAnon, the cult that MAGAs worship that believe that Democrats are pedophiles.
