Today, the nation’s 538 presidential electors will meet in their separate states and DC to cast the actual vote for president to formalize Joe Biden’s win.
Part of the capitol offices in Michigan are closed today because of threats of violence. Electors are meeting there to formally cast their votes for Joe Biden. Normally, this is a very exciting time for electors but in Trump’s America they have to show up during a deadly pandemic worried that some nut might shoot them.

Trump is pissed at the governor of Georgia for not overturning the election in his favor. Trump expected he would because he did it for himself when he ran against Stacey Abrams. He used his powers as secretary of state to fix the election for himself. When he didn’t do the same for Trump, he tweeted at him: What a fool Governor @BrianKempGA of Georgia is. Could have been so easy, but now we have to do it the hard way. Demand this clown call a Special Session and open up signature verification, NOW. Otherwise, could be a bad day for two GREAT Senators on January 5th.
One of Trump’s skanky lawyers, Sidney Powell, retweeted a call for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris to “confess their crimes on national television” or be executed.

The US Treasury and Commerce Department have been hacked by Russia. Interesting timing as Trump fired Chris Krebs, the director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, a month ago.
White supremacists vandalized historic Black churches in downtown DC over the weekend.
The historic Georgia church Ebenezer Baptist Church is getting threats right now because Reverend Raphael Warnock, a black man running for Senate, is the pastor there.

The first batch of the coronavirus vaccine will be distributed today. Health care workers and those whose lives are on the line for their jobs are scheduled to get it first. The pigs in the White House who have denied the existence of the virus and who have been reckless in spreading it, want to cut in line to get it first. NO WAY! They shouldn’t get it at all for putting our national security at risk. These people are not important or valuable, and they have risked nothing for the greater good. They are lazy entitled sons of bitches who have ignored CDC guidelines and are responsible for infecting the highest level of government. The incoming administration should get it. Not them.
Trump is taking credit for the vaccine and says it’s 5 years ahead of schedule.
MAGAs should be the last in line to get the vaccine. As people with common sense and concern for their fellow Americans get vaccinated, the disease can attack the least fit to survive so we can get on with the process of thinning the herd and fucking evolving already. Let Trump buy Greenland so he can be the king of Greenland and all of his cult followers can follow him there, get the Trump Plague, and die off. Anthropologists in 1,000 years can dig up their bones to try and figure out why these human remains with red hats look like chicken bones and why one in particular was buried in a tomb marked with hieroglyphs TRUMP, filled with bottles of hand sanitizer and masks, clutching some sort of a globe with a trust fund inside.
Governor DeSantis of Florida is telling people that one dose of the vaccine will be sufficient. You’re supposed to get 2 shots, spaced apart. There isn’t anything that guy won’t do to hurt the people of his state. Florida surpassed a total of 20,000 coronavirus deaths but that’s just the reported, “official” count. There are more. He’s lying. The Orlando Sentinel has sued him for the correct coronavirus numbers.

Today is the 8th anniversary of the Sandy Hook shooting where 20 little first graders and 6 adults were slaughtered in their elementary school and not a god damned thing has happened in Congress to keep it from happening again because America is sick and broken and violent as hell.
