The $1.9 trillion covid relief bill, the American Rescue Plan, passed in the Senate without a single Republiqan vote. In contrast, the 2017 $1.9 tax bill which insured that the rich didn’t have to pay taxes at all didn’t get a single Democrat vote. So there you have it — the Democrats are the party of the people and the Republiqans are the party of the rich. Every working person in America needs to get that through their thick, brainwashed heads. Stop voting for Republiqans. Just STOP.
The American Rescue Plan is one of the most ambitious pieces of legislation in a generation. 89 year old journalist Dan Rather says it’s the most significant, historic piece of legislation he has seen in his lifetime. It will, in addition to the covid vaccine which is funded by this bill, pull us out of the mess that Trump and the Republiqans left us in. It will cut childhood poverty in HALF! It will give people rent relief. Native communities will get financial relief for the first time in history. It gives support to black farmers! It allocates funding for local governments to retain valuable workers! It puts cash into bank accounts to take care of basic needs and gives the economy a boost because it will get spent right away. All thanks to President Biden and the Democrats. Republiqans don’t get any credit for this. They didn’t vote for it. They don’t want it. They don’t care. They wanted to stop it. Everybody will be sighing a bit of relief once they get that check and they have the Democrats to thank for that. They need to get it through their thick, brainwashed heads that Republiqans don’t give a damn about them or the country. Stop voting for Republiqans. Just STOP.
When it was Ron Johnson’s turn to vote, he yelled “NO!” so loud that the rich white people all the way in Wisconsin could hear him.
One of Ron Johnson’s constituents, 81 year old Carol Lindeen, died peacefully in her sleep. Her final request was to stop Ron Johnson. Her obituary read, “In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Ron Johnson’s opponent in 2022.”
Democrats want to help all Americans and Republiqans don’t want them to. That’s American politics in a nutshell. The Republiqans must be stopped because they will stop at nothing to hold on to power, including letting Americans die.
Rachel Powell, the MAGA mom/domestic terrorist from Pennsylvania who was on the run, was officially indicted by a Grand Jury for attacking the US Capitol. You’d think that having 8 kids would make you an expert on stop, look and listen, but not this mom. Will her kids grow up to be a burden on society because they weren’t taught personal responsibility, consequences for one’s actions and self control? Or will they grow up to be entitled white supremacist nonstop jerks who vote Republiqan and never stop talking?
Speaking of bad parents with problem children, idiot MAGA parents in Idaho brought their kids to the Capitol to burn bags of used masks in a barrel. What was their message? Stop the masks? Or stop the gene pool? Those kids were digging into bags full of infected masks with their bare hands and then inhaling toxic fumes, insuring a full stop to that unfit blood line.
Watch the Republiqans use the mask burners as an excuse to accuse liberals of cancelling potatoes to protest anti-maskers in Idaho. Stop the potato haters!

Trump sent a cease and desist yesterday to the RNC, NRCC and NRSC to stop using his name to fundraise. What irony — the man so famous for selling his name won’t let anybody else do it.
Today is the anniversary of the Selma march in 1965. President Biden is signing an executive order that directs federal agencies to develop plans to expand voter registration and distribute election information to voters. He’s using the power at his disposal to stop Republiqans from keeping black Americans and other minorities from voting.
This is also the anniversary of the day when the Supreme Court ruled on the Dred Scott decision in 1857, declaring that African Americans were not citizens so therefore they weren’t protected under the Constitution. The case was decided by a 7–2 vote. Those who voted yes came from pro-slavery states and regarded Africans as an inferior class of “beings.” They were not entitled to freedom. The 13th and 14th amendments later overturned that decision but many members of the modern Republiqan party today still believe that black Americans are inferior and unworthy of the same protections as them so if they get stopped by the cops it’s OK for the cops to shoot them. That’s why the Black Lives Matter movement is working to stop them.

There is one positive thing that has come out of the pandemic — it stopped the spread of more than just the coronavirus. The flu has practically disappeared this season because people wore masks, washed their hands, and stayed home.
Too bad that social distancing and better hygiene can’t put a stop to stupidity, greed and hate. Only not voting for Republiqans can do that.
