Trump is out of business. New York fired him. The only way he can make money from now on is through crime.
Judge Engoron announced his ruling in the New York civil fraud case. Trump orchestrated massive business fraud by falsely inflating his net worth to obtain favorable rates from banks and insurers and deflated the worth of his businesses to get out of paying taxes. The final amount owed to New York is $364 million. Trump the Chump owes $355 million, Junior owes $4 million, Bleeding Gums Eric owes $4 million, and repeater cheater, former CFO Allen Weisselberg owes $1 million. Trump can’t do business with any banks in New York and is banned from serving as an officer or director of any New York corporation or other legal entity in New York for 3 years. Junior and Bleeding Gums Eric can’t for 2 years.
To appeal, he’ll have to put up a bond of $364 million and he doesn’t have it. He’s not a billionaire like he’s made himself out to be. He’s a fraud. The self made billionaire real estate tycoon has just been demolished.
Bleeding Gums Eric went on Fox and said, “My father built the skyline of New York City. And this is the thanks he gets?”
The Trump Organization is all Junior and Bleeding Gums Eric have. What are they going to do for “work” now and what about their inheritance?
Trump says New York is nothing without him. New York will be sorry because people will move out of New York out of protest. Speaking of protest, he called upon truckers to not deliver their loads in New York in solidarity with their favorite conman.
Trump may be forbidden from doing businesses in one of the most populated states in the country and the financial capitol of the world, but he can still run for president. He needs the White House just to have a place to stay because he could have to evict himself from Trump Tower and Mar-a-Lago.
What’s he going to do for money now? He’ll have to have a going out of business sale.
He whipped up an emergency line of sneakers for fast cash. The shiny gold “Never Surrender” goes for $399. It’s a high top that can conceal an ankle monitor. He launched the line at Sneakercon in Philadelphia and got booed.
He could sell more classified and top secret documents or reveal the identities of a few spies and CIA informants.
He can’t draw things out in court like he usually does because he can’t afford it. For decades every time he got sued he just kept filing extensions and appeals to not only delay, but tap his opponent out financially. They couldn’t keep paying attorneys so they’d give up. Now it’s him who can’t afford to pay attorneys and he’s got 4 criminal trials coming up. Will Alina Habba keep working for free or will he need a public defender?
Trump’s entire presidency was based on a lie. The spell that he is a successful businessman has been broken. He’s nothing but an over leveraged conman who drove his businesses into bankruptcy multiple times. He treated the country like his business and nearly demo’d the economy, too. His entire candidacy is based on a lie but smart people already knew that. Will MAGA get it this time?
Being exposed like this strikes at the heart of Trump’s identity. His personal wealth and business success is who he IS.
There’s nothing left for Trump.
