A pastor in Florida, Evan Edwards, and his 30 year old son, Josh, were arrested for stealing $8 million in PPP loans. They ripped the program off by claiming that they had a mega church with 486 employees and a $2.7 million payroll. There was no such thing. The real “church” only had 4 employees with an annual income of $60,000. The name of their church is ASLAN International Ministry, a registered foreign nonprofit. They used the money they stole to buy a mansion near Disney World. Daughter Joy is the secretary of the operation but is nowhere to be found. Same with mom, Mary Jane. They’re international women of mystery, no doubt getting free parking somewhere with their bogus “pastor pass.”
It’s easy to start your own tax exempt church. Kris Jenner did it. The name of her church is California Community Church and they pray to the god, Money. She started it in 2009. Membership is $1,000 a month. Her daughter Kim Kardashian, ex-wife of Black rapper and Nazi, Kanye West, who has his own church (he started it to promote his ninth studio album), “Sunday Service at the Mountain,” a Christian hip hop group that hops around the hillside near Kris Jenner’s house dressed all in white singing praises to Ye, the god of Kanye West, donates 10% of her income to Kristianity. If all of Kris Jenner’s daughters have been tithing 10% of their incomes that they have been making off of Kris Jenner’s reality TV empire, that would mean that the church and, thus Kris Jenner and her daughters, keeps tens of millions a year, tax free.
At a hearing on violence against the LGBTQ community, Republican Glenn Grothman from Wisconsin said they shouldn’t be talking about gays only. He said they should be talking about the total of Americans who are threatened in general everyday by the breakdown of the family, police hatred, and open borders. If everybody would just surrender their lives to Republican Jesus and white straight male superiority, everything would be fine.
Speaking of Republicans and patriarchy, Attorney General of Texas, Ken Paxton, has asked the Texas Department of Public Safety for a list of names of all the transgenders who have changed their sex on their drivers licenses over the past 2 years. Governments asking for a list of “others” to monitor citizens is straight up fascism.
The Elon Musk saga continues. Tesla stock is down 56%. Elon sold $4 billion of stock this week — he wants out and is sticking it to his shareholders. He isn’t the richest man in the world anymore. He’s only the second richest. What god does Elon Musk pray to? A) Apollo, B) Mars, C) Hairless Krishna, D) Da Bonana King.
What are all the mega church hustlers doing these days? Franklin Graham is still touring the world with his Christian revival group and the Samaritan’s Purse, Jerry Fallenwell is living in exile after he got busted for being into kink, Joel Olsteen is enjoying his millions at the expense of gullible searchers, and Pat Robertson of the 700 Year Old Club is so old now that it makes sense that he doesn’t make any sense.
