Top Secrets for Sale

The contents of Trump’s search warrant revealed that Trump had documents that held nuclear secrets among other extremely sensitive information. The FBI retrieved classified documents, including some marked “top secret,” as well as information about the President of France, binders of photos, a handwritten note and an executive grant of clemency for Roger Stone from Mar-a-Lago. “Top secret” means it’s not possible for him to have made an innocent mistake in taking them. Those documents are meant to be kept and viewed in restricted government facilities only. Documents labeled “confidential” could hurt national security if released. Documents labeled “secret” could do serious damage to national security. “Top secret” means exceptionally bad damage. Trump is too stupid to know what’s what so he had to have had help.

The now unsealed FBI search warrant shows that Trump is being investigated for violations of the Espionage Act and obstruction of justice. A confidential informant tipped the FBI off.

Trump leaked an unredacted copy of the warrant, outing the agents that took stuff out of his private club, putting them and their families in danger. The magistrate who signed the warrant was outed too so now he is getting death threats. MAGAs published his name, address and the names of his family members. His family’s synagogue closed for Friday night services for fear that there would be an attack.

Armed MAGAs gathered outside the Phoenix FBI office to confront the government about its “unlawful” search of Mar-a-Lago. MAGAs organized a protest at the FBI building in Washington DC but nobody showed up. Right wing media is egging them on.

Who helped him? Someone had to put the docs together and pack them, and someone had to have transported them. The FBI is processing all of the documents for fingerprints to determine who handled them.

Russian state TV is bragging that Russia has already seen the top secret docs.

Trump is under investigation for:

18 U.S.C § 2381 — Concealment, removal or mutilation of documents. The penalty is 5 years maximum in jail per document. The statute states that a person guilty of treason against the United States “shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.” Trump increased the penalty from 1 year to 5 years with the provision that you will be barred from running for office if convicted because he thought he was going to get to put Hillary in jail.

18 U.S.C § 793 — ESPIONAGE. Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information. Penalty is 10 years maximum per document. This is what Edward Snowden was charged with. Senator Rand Paul, the guy who went to Russia and hand delivered a letter from Trump to Putin, has called for the repealing of the Espionage Act.

18 U.S.C § 1519 — Destruction, alteration or falsification of records in federal investigations. Penalty is 20 years maximum.

Article III, Section 3, Clause 1 of the Constitution states: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

On June 19, 1953, Julius and Ethel Rosenberg were convicted of conspiring to pass US atomic secrets to the Soviets and were executed by electric chair at Sing Sing Prison.

Trump’s stolen documents may have included records showing the identities and methods of agents spying for the US.

Trump has been in court his entire life and has hired and fired so many attorneys he could never possibly recall them all. But for the first time ever he has hired a criminal defense attorney — Drew Findlings, whose “billion dollar” claim to fame has come from representing rappers.

Way back before Trump was elected there were people who were working on his campaign who were also part of the planning of the building of nuclear reactors in Saudi Arabia called the Middle East Marshall Plan. Mike Flynn was a paid consultant for the venture. The plan was to construct dozens of nuclear reactors to recolonize the Middle East with aid from Russia and other international private interests so lifting Russian sanctions was paramount to the execution of the plan. That would explain the texting “good to go” by Flynn during the inauguration. That also explains Erik Prince’s involvement during the campaign. He was hoping to cash in on providing security for the new reactors, to protect them from the terrorists who would undoubtedly seek to destroy them. Saudi Arabia’s plan has been in the works for decades and Trump came along at the right time to let it pass through. That explains why MBS “invested” $2 billion with Jared Kushner and paid Trump $100 million to host his professional golf tournament. It also explains why Putin and MBS high fived each other at the G20 in 2018.

Trump sold us out to the Saudis and Russians.
