Trump Had A Bad Day

Yesterday was a bad day for Trump — all of his crimes moved ahead on all fronts. The Trump Organization’s CFO, Alan Weisselberg is pleading guilty on Thursday which means the end of Trump’s business. Weisselberg will go to jail for 5 months with no plans to cooperate further. Rudy was notified by the DA in Fulton County that he is a target of the investigation and should expect to be indicted, and there is a second warrant out there waiting for him.

The affidavit for the second warrant has not been unsealed because it could hurt other ongoing criminal investigations and impact witnesses willing to cooperate. It likely names names and contains other evidence that shouldn’t be disclosed unless criminal charges are filed.

3 of Trump’s White House lawyers have been subpoenaed, Pat Cipollone, Patrick Philbin and now Eric Herschmann. All three have seen and heard a lot.

The Trump campaign was running a scam to seize voting machines in several states. It wasn’t state by state so it’s a federal investigation. Turns out the “investigators” they hired to authenticate the vote count were hackers and Trump’s lawyers copied voting machine data. This is a major unauthorized data breach that is a threat to national security.

Lindsey Graham can’t get out of testifying in Fulton County. He’s the first senate member to have to testify. Since Georgia Secretary of State Raffensberger already testified that Lindsey asked him to throw out votes , he has to decide if he’ll tell the truth and incriminate himself or plead the Fifth.

A MAGA in Pennsylvania threatened to murder FBI agents last week after the they searched Mar-A-Lago, saying “come and get me you piece of shit feds” and “I am going to fucking slaughter you,” so now he has been arrested.

Dominion’s $1.6 billion defamation suit against Fox is progressing nicely.

While all of this is going on the Select Committee has been deposing witnesses.
