The Secret Service aren’t the only ones whose texts have disappeared. Trump’s acting Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf and the acting Deputy Secretary Ken Cuccinelli seemed to have mysteriously lost their texts too.
After the bill to give healthcare to vets who are sick from burn pits and Agent Orange passed in June (84 to 14), the Republicans blocked it after the House made a few minor changes because they’re pissed that Joe Manchin is willing to compromise a tiny bit on the Build Back Better bill. They’re literally playing games with vets’ lives.
The DOJ has gone to court to get executive privilege claims thrown out so they can force Trump’s White House officials to testify.
Federal agents got a second warrant for John Eastman’s phone.
Trump’s Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and Secretary of Defense Chris Miller have testified to the DOJ. Both of them were Trump loyalists but in the end, Chris Miller blamed Trump for the insurrection.
The Select Committee is preparing to share their information with the DOJ. Right now they are meeting behind closed doors to decided how to handle the people who have refused to testify and whether or not they should invite Trump and Pence in for questioning.
Polling shows that the 35 races for the US Senate are really close. They shouldn’t be because the Republican candidates are that bad. 21 Republican seats are up for grabs and 14 Democrat. Republican Herschel Walker is in the lead in Georgia. He is running against the incumbent, Democrat Raphael Warnock, the conscience of the Senate. The former NFL football player is so stupid he’s not only not qualified to run for Senate, he’s not qualified to do much of anything. Both Trump and Mitch McConnell endorsed him. He thinks there are 52 states. While campaigning recently he was asked to share his thoughts on climate change. He said, “Since we don’t control the air our good air decided to float over to China’s bad air so when China gets our good air, their bad air got to move. So it moves over to our good air space. Then now we got we to clean that back up.” He lies like Trump — big and often. He was a contestant on The Celebrity Apprentice so that pretty much explains how he fell into running for Senate. He has threatened to kill his ex-wife with a gun on numerous occasions and once threated to cut her throat. He blames that all on the “alters” he has that overcome him. He’s mentally ill. He lied about how many kids and baby mamas he has. He lied about graduating at the top 1% of his class at the University of Georgia. He not only didn’t graduate in the top 1% (which is obvious just listening to him speak), he didn’t graduate at all. He claims he has a background in law enforcement and that too, is a lie. His campaign staff has had it with him because he lies to them, too. Doesn’t matter. He’s the Black Trump. Lying won’t hurt him one bit. Trump did it 30,000 times while president and he could still win if he runs again. Walker is ahead in the polls and donors are happy to give him lots of money. The GOP is so twisted and corrupt they’re running a guy like Herschel Walker.
Dr Oz and Herschel Walker aren’t serious candidates but they’re both famous for being on TV and that’s why they stand a good chance of winning. Low information voters watch a lot of TV. It worked for Trump. They don’t even have to campaign.
In 2018, Trump created the Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition and put Oz and Walker on it. In March of this year, Biden asked them to resign.
Speaking of asking shitty Republicans to resign, the students at George Washington University protested their Professor Clarence Thomas. They wanted him gone so he quit.
