Ketanji Brown Jackson’s confirmation hearing is finally over. Republicans were predictably childish, cruel and awful to her. Everybody knew they would be so few people tuned in to watch the hearings which is a shame because she was making history.
While Republicans used their white power to pummel a Black female nominee for the next Supreme Court justice, a current Supreme Court justice was hiding out in the hospital trying to figure out what he’s going to do to get out of a scandal regarding him and a woman, this time his wife.
Ginni Thomas did more than attend the Stop the Steal rally on January 6. She sent Trump’s chief of staff Mark Meadows 29 texts over a 3 month period regarding overturning the election. Her husband, Clarence was the only justice to vote no on letting the Select Committee have the records which included her texts. He should resign. Will he use his health as an excuse to resign? He’s been in the hospital for a week and nobody knows what’s going on. If the Dems were as diabolical as the Republicans, they’d be circling the hospital room demanding to see certification on whether or not he was dead or alive while getting their next nominee ready to bust out of the gate as soon as Fox says, “Go!”
Clarence Thomas didn’t want those texts, showing how his wife kept talking to Mark Meadows about their QAnon plan to keep Trump in power by forcing the vice president into not certifying the election and getting the military to seize voting machines released. Clarence Thomas was a no vote but he didn’t write a dissent. He should have recused himself. If he had, he may not be in as much trouble as he is today. Maybe his hospital stay is for real. His wife, Mark Meadows and Q could have given the guy a stroke.

Ginni to Mark: “Help This Great President stand firm, Mark!!!…You are the leader, with him, who is standing for America’s constitutional governance at the precipice. The majority knows Biden and the Left is attempting the greatest Heist of our History.”
Mark to Ginni: “This is a fight of good versus evil. Evil always looks like the victor until the King of Kings triumphs. Do not grow weary in well doing. The fight continues. I have staked my career on it.”
Ginni to Mark: “Thank you!! Needed that! This plus a conversation with my *best friend* just now… I will try to keep holding on. America is worth it!”
Best friend? Is her best friend her husband? Yes. They both refer to each other publicly that way.
Ginni to Mark: “Do not concede. It takes times for the army who is gathering for his back.”
Ginni to Mark: “Sidney Powell & improved coordination now will help the cavalry come and fraud exposed. Don’t let her… be marginalized instead…help her be the lead and the face ?!?”
Ginni to Mark: “There are no rules in war.”
Clarence Thomas’ legacy will be killing Affirmative Action after benefiting from it, facing off with Anita Hill during his confirmation hearing after he talked nasty to her on the job, being nothing but dead weight on the court and never opening his mouth to speak and then voting the same as Scalia, rejecting his Blackness and living a privileged white man’s life, and going up in flames after his QAnon white wife got busted for being part of Trump’s coup.
The wife of a sitting Supreme Court justice told Trump’s chief of staff that Joe Biden and his family would face military tribunals at Guantanamo for “ballot fraud.”
The Select Committee has 2,300 texts regarding January 6. It is in possession of the phone records of the wife of a sitting Supreme Court justice participating in a coup attempt of the US government.
The highest court in the land is compromised. One justice knew of the insurrection before it happened and did nothing, one justice was appointed by an impeached president and the other two were installed by a corrupt political party, many of whom were part of the insurrection.
The plan was to get Mike Pence to not certify the election so that the states could decide who would get their electoral votes so it could be settled by the Supreme Court, which Trump and the Republicans thought was all in for Trump because 3 were Trump picks, one leaned Libertarian (Alito,) and the other is Clarence Thomas.
If he refuses to resign, he should be impeached. But that could turn out to be useless. If the Republicans in the Senate wouldn’t vote to convict a president who tried to overthrow the government to make himself dictator, they’re not going to impeach a Supreme Court justice whose wife was part of planning it.
