Let’s Give Them Something to Talk About
It’s alive. 18 hours after the news broke that his wife was in on the coup, Clarence Thomas was released from the hospital. Now people are talking, wondering if he had covid after all. Sounds more like the coup.
Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee tweeted, “We need more people like Justice Thomas” after the news broke that his wife, Ginni Thomas, had been communicating with Trump’s chief of staff via text, talking about over turning the election.
The wife of a Supreme Court justice being in on a coup isn’t an ethical problem for Republicans because Republicans have no ethics. What do Clarence and Ginni talk about in private? Do they tell each other everything? Did Clarence know about Ginni’s actions before and during the attack on January 6? Of course he did. He’s whipped. Scalia had him whipped at work and his right wing activist wife obviously has him whipped at home. What else does he know? What else has he done for her? What else would he do for her? What do they have planned for voting rights, redistricting and abortion rights?

The media isn’t covering a Supreme Court justice’s wife being involved in an insurrection 24/7. If Ginni Thomas was a Democrat the media and Republicans would be talking about nothing else.
America made a fool of itself again in front of the world when the annual celebrity prize night, the Academy Awards, was turned into an episode of Jerry Springer when Will Smith hopped on stage to assault the show’s host, comedian Chris Rick, for making a joke about his wife and not only did he not get kicked out but he returned to the stage when his name was called to accept one of the highest awards of the evening, Best Actor.

President Biden is in Poland, host to millions of Ukrainian refugees, and gave a powerful speech that let the world know that the US had Ukraine’s back. “A dictator bent on rebuilding an empire will never erase a people’s love for liberty. Brutality will never ground down their will to be free. Ukraine will never be a victory for Russia, for free people refuse to live in a world of hopelessness and darkness.” Of Putin he said, “For God’s sake, this man cannot remain in power.” That’s all the media could talk about which forced the White House to “clarify” what he meant — the US will not remove Putin from power.
When Lindsey Graham called for Putin to be assassinated the media didn’t talk about it.
Republican Congressman Jeff Fortenberry was convicted on three felony counts for lying to federal investigators about illegal campaign contributions he took from a Lebanese Nigerian billionaire. Nancy Pelosi and Kevin McCarthy both called for his resignation. If GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy hasn’t had the guts to ask Marjorie Taylor Greene, Lauren Boebert, Madison Cawthorn, Jim Jordan and Paul Gosar to resign, but he can stand up to Jeff Fortenberry, he was going to resign anyway or that guy’s closet has got to be busting with skeletons. He doesn’t want people talking. He will resign in a few days.
Marjorie Taylor Greene spoke at Trump’s MAGA rally in Georgia and went on a rant about Pete Buttigieg because he’s gay. She shouted, “Stay out of our girls bathroom!”
Texas attorney general Ken Paxton said that the annual LGBTQIA+ Pride Week celebration sponsored by the school district in Austin breaks the law. He called the event “a week-long indoctrination.”
Robert Foster, former Republican candidate for governor in Mississippi says he wants supporters of transgender rights “to be lined up against a wall before a firing squad to be sent to an early judgment.”
Trump got a Better Call Saul strip mall lawyer to sue dozens of people over the 2016 election. The lawsuits were filled with typos and misspelled names. He has no legitimate cause. The media is covering it as if it were legitimate which is going to plan. People are talking about it so he can fundraise off of it. Help me pay my legal bills! Hillary and the liberals are costing me money! The lawsuits are frivolous and will get thrown out. This is nothing but a press release. Free publicity for Trump’s latest grift.
