More texts have been made public regarding the coup. Former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows and Fox’s Sean Hannity exchanged 82 texts between Election Day 2020 and Biden’s inauguration. Mark Meadows is mad that these texts are leaking because they make him look bad and Sean Hannity isn’t available for comment. He did however say on his show that he’s just a talk show host and not a journalist. He always says that when he gets into trouble. Don’t shoot me — I’m just the Trump player.
Mark Meadows will either be the fall guy or he’ll be Trump’s John Dean and save the day. Since he has no character and isn’t very smart he’ll probably be the fall guy.
Maria Bartiromo messaged Mark Meadows on the morning of November 29, less than an hour before she was set to conduct Trump’s first interview since Election Day to prep Trump with the questions she was going to ask him on her Fox show. She gave direction on what he should say and how he should behave (“Pls make sure he doesn’t go off on tangents.”) Her questions were about the election being rigged and fraud. Is she just a talk show host too?
The New York Times is publishing a three part investigation into the fall and rise of Tucker Carlson called, “American Nationalist.” Part 1 came out in yesterday’s Sunday edition. He’s very proud of having the most racist show on TV. He took a selfie of himself laughing, holding the paper (cover page with photo) then posted it on social media.
Well whaddayaknow — another book! Mark Esper, Trump’s Secretary of Defense until he was fired by tweet, is cashing in on the Trump grift with his own book. After George Floyd was killed by cop and people took to the streets, Trump asked Mark Esper if they could mame the BLM protesters outside of the White House. He asked, “Can’t you just shoot them? Just shoot them in the legs or something?” You gotta buy the book to find out what other disgusting things that the SOB said that another cabinet member kept quiet about until he could make money off of it.
Who else is holding on to information that could have helped save democracy that they’re waiting to make a book deal with? Everybody?
Nancy Pelosi made an unannounced visit to Ukraine to meet with Zelensky to reassure him that the US had their back.
The fourth highest ranking Proud Boy, Louis Colon from Blue Springs, Missouri, has pleaded guilty to charges for attacking the Capitol and is cooperating with the feds.
The final gubernatorial debate for Republicans in Georgia was last night. Brian Kemp, the incumbent, is running on his record. Former US senator David Perdue is running on Trump. He blamed Kemp for letting Biden steal the election. Kandis (“Guns, Jesus and Babies”) Taylor is running on morality. She’s going to put Jesus first, get rid of anti-white racism, and she’ll fire all of the bearded men in high heels wearing lipstick who are teaching children in schools. When asked about what she’d do to make up for lost academic time for students while schools were closed during the pandemic she went off on a tangent about depressed children being molested “day after day after day” by parents who weren’t teaching them anything. Kandiss has a BS in early childhood education and a masters in school psychology. She has 3 children of her own.
Dr Oz made a campaign video of himself pandering to gun nuts, shooting a gun and talking about protecting Second Amendment rights. It was so obvious. A doctor pandering to gun nuts to gain political power. Only in America.
Speaking of gun nuts, Marjorie Taylor Greene and Lauren Boebert got in a cat fight and had to be separated at a freedom caucus meeting. It’s a good thing neither one of them was packing or the cat fight could have turned into a shoot out at the Q Corral.
Josh Hawley was a speaker for the “Stronger Men’s Conference,” a Christian gathering “for men” in Missouri. It took place in a small arena with a monster truck, pyrotechnics and a heavy metal Christian rock band. Tickets were $119.
Noah Trevor hosted the White House Correspondence Dinner last night. He let both sides have it. Kyrsten Sinema got hit twice at the same time. “Give it up for Kyrsten Sinema. Who’d ever thought we’d see the day in American politics when a Senator could be openly bisexual but closeted Republican.”
When Joe Biden got his turn at the mic he said, “This is the first time the president attended this dinner in six years. It’s understandable. We had a horrible plague, followed by two years of covid.”
